Lake Merritt Butterflies
My latest thing is putting my ceramic butterflies everywhere. Recently it was the turn of Oakland’s Lake Merritt to receive this upgrade. Melissa and I roamed all over attaching our little critters to stumps all over the north side of the lake. Most especially we found four stumps in a line right by the little playground near to the bird sanctuary. Melissa asked me which stump we would put a butterfly on. I replied, “I want to do ALL OF THEM.” And that’s exactly what we did.
